Our semester program for girls ages 9-18 consists of 8 weekly sessions which are 50-60 minutes long.

All topics focus on developing sensational self-worth and increasing confidence.

SG also offers expanded 2-3 hour workshops on any of our topics which teach the SEL competencies of self-awareness, self-management, and relationship skills.
